Returns
We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Products marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for return.
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we may not accept returns of opened or used consumable products unless the item was damaged, defective, or received in error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product arrived damaged or defective;
- The wrong item was shipped; or
- The return was authorized due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened or used consumable products, except where required by law
